SHIPPING - We use the most efficient shipping or freight service for your order and location. All shipping charges for tanning beds and parts on the site are for the lower 48 continental United States only. Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional shipping charges. Contact us for a quote. All orders will be shipped within 24-36 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) and arrive at your specified address in approximately 4-6 days. Rush service and air freight is available for an additional cost, contact us for details.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT - If your order arrives damaged, please sign DAMAGED and your name when reciveing order. Then notify us immediately upon receipt at 1-800-775-7926.
RETURNS - No items will be accepted for return without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Call 1-800-775-7926 for RMA#. All items must be returned within 14 bussiness days from the date the RMA was granted. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package, or the packaged will be refused and returned to sender at the senders expense. Returns will only be accepted and refunded for unused, unopened items in resalable condition (excluding damage claims). You will be responsible for all original and return shipping charges. Larger Quantity orders in excess of $300 both lotions and supplies ; and parts and equipment will be subject to a 15% (of the order total) non-refundable restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse credit (and item will be returned at senders expense) if we determine: The item was improperly packaged; There was failure to provide proper RMA labeling; It was used in a matter for which it was not designed; It was altered or modified in any way;It was abused, misused, or neglected. Items are not eligible for return after 25 days from the date of shipment.
CONDITIONS OF USE - We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Ryco service, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the online Newsletter, that are considered part of your Ryco account, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them. Please understand that even after removing your active online account as a previous customer, information about you might possibly remain in our archived records after your account has been deleted.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY - We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs. We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect personal information about you.

CANCELATION - If the order has not yet been shipped, there will be a non-refundable processing fee of 15% of the order (with no less than a minimum of $15).
